NIPS Institute of Hotel Management, Ranchi is seeking an English Teacher / Communication Faculty to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a seasoned English Communication Trainer who can transform students into confident communicators. This role is not for a traditional grammar teacher. We seek an educator who understands spoken English, communication skills, personality development, presentation skills, pronunciation, and workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classes in Spoken English and English Communication.
- Train students in pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, grammar application, and confidence-building.
- Develop students' public speaking, presentation, interview, and group discussion skills.
- Improve business communication, email writing, workplace etiquette, and professional interactions.
- Conduct interactive classroom activities, role plays, debates, presentations, and communication exercises.
- Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Design lesson plans and learning activities based on students' proficiency levels.
- Motivate students to overcome hesitation and develop confidence in communicating in English.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance students' overall personality and employability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's Degree in English or a relevant qualification in English Language Teaching, Communication, or Linguistics.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching or training experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with a neutral, clear pronunciation.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Experience in teaching English as a communication skill rather than only as an academic subject.
