The Business Manager will be responsible for inside sales:
- Engaging with prospects and clients based on incoming business enquiries
- Converting qualified prospects into clients through calls and emails
- Sending proposals, resolving client queries, planning follow-ups and campaigns via CRM to maximise conversion.
- Forwarding client expectations internally to the Operations team

· Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize work efficiently
