1. Collates and studies survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other data required for construction projects
2. Site execution & Supervision
3. Site Infrastructure & Finishing
4. Determines the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt or steel by testing soil and materials
5. Estimates cost of supplies, equipment, and labor. Plans ways and means to control operations cost, over runs and worker turnover
6. Prepared work schedule with great consideration for time-off requests, labor rules, and worker readiness
7. Labour Control
8. Preparing and implementing project plans.
9. Researching and providing estimates for projects.
10. Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
11. Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
12. Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
13. Visit location/sites from time to time.
14. Coordinate with Architects /Contactors for site execution.
15. Contractor Billing
16. Site Maintenance
17. Site Layout through AutoCAD designing
18. Interior Finishing
19. And other civil engineering work.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
