Hiring: Site Manager / Plant Operations Manager
Location: Kalyan, Mumbai
Salary: ₹50,000/Month
Industry: Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSW)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant and site operations.
Manage manpower, contractors, and site administration.
Ensure smooth plant operations and equipment maintenance.
Prepare MIS reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
Coordinate with municipal authorities and stakeholders.
Maintain safety, compliance, inventory, and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in plant/site operations or project execution.
Experience in MSW, Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial Plants, or Utilities preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and MS Excel skills.
Immediate or early joiners preferred
Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
