Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all branches or properties in the assigned region meet quality standards, compliance rules, and performance targets.
- Profit & Loss (P&L): Manage regional revenue generation, budgeting, and cost control to maximize overall profitability.
- Business Development: Drive local expansion, onboard new partners or franchise locations, and build regional market presence.
- Team Leadership: Coach on-ground managers, align staff with corporate goals, and coordinate cross-departmental execution
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
