Ericsson is proud to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Change Manager. This dynamic role involves controlling the implementation of changes within our customers' infrastructure and ensuring any necessary modifications are executed accurately and efficiently. By operating with standard procedures, the successful candidate will guarantee minimal or negligible impact on the customer's services.
What you will do:- Control and supervise the implementation of changes within our customers' infrastructure, ensuring their telecom and IS/IT infrastructure meets evolving business needs.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, chair CAB calls, and assume responsibility for ensuring procedural compliance.
- Receive, record, analyze, and prioritize Change Requests (CR's) using our Change Management tool.
- Guarantee risk and impact analyses are performed and documented, and that all necessary information is logged in our tool.
- Manage the Change Schedule according to CAB definitions and communicate it with all involved parties.
- Evaluate completed/failed changes and make improvement recommendations, while keeping CMDB updated about the network changes.
- Drive continuous service and process improvements over the Change Management process while reducing associated incidents and problems.
- Develop procedures for automating repetitive tasks and foster knowledge transfer among team members.
- Provide training and support on processes and relevant tooling/systems when required, while also coaching stakeholders involved in the Change Management process.
