We are looking for a confident and professional Business Development Associate for a finance and investment advisory business.
The role requires strong communication skills, professional-level English, interest in the stock market, client interaction ability, and good practical knowledge of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and prospects in a professional manner.
- Explain our services and investment concepts clearly.
- Handle calls, meetings, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Arrange seminars, workshops, and finance awareness sessions.
- Communicate with college coordinators and institutional contacts for seminar planning.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Support business development through relationship-based selling.
- Use AI tools for research, communication drafts, presentation support, and content ideas.
- Suggest finance and stock market-related content ideas for social media.
- Stay updated with finance, business, and stock market trends.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and client communication discipline.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.

- Good knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Preferred Candidate
A candidate who can sell ideas professionally, build trust with clients, coordinate seminars, and convert interest into meaningful business conversations. Prior experience in business development, client servicing, finance, sales, event coordination, or communication-based roles will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
