We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive (Air/Ocean Import & Export)
Location : Mumbai
Experience -2–5 years in Freight Forwarding / Customs Brokerage
Salary: 3.6 to 5 Lakhs PA.
Preferred: Immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete shipment lifecycle for Air & Ocean – Import and Export
- Act as a single point of contact for customers for shipment updates and issue resolution
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and customs teams
- Ensure timely documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, BOE, Shipping Bill, etc.)
- Monitor shipment milestones and ensure on-time clearance and delivery
- Follow up for pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery orders
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Update customers proactively on shipment status, delays, and exceptions
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Accounts) for smooth execution
- Maintain records in system and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
