Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founders
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support founders and the management team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to founders and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Take accurate notes, maintain records, and assist in documentation
- Handle communication, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of management
- Assist in travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management
- Support in decision-making through basic analysis and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Multilingual / Polyglot communication skills
- Proficiency in shorthand and higher-level typing
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good memory and note-taking ability
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Managerial mindset with the ability to coordinate tasks
- Experience working with founders or senior management is preferred
- Flexible and travel-friendly attitude

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
