Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan memorable vacations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, selling travel packages, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and travel inquiries.
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required.
- Provide complete information regarding visas, travel insurance, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in travel sales, telecalling, or customer sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
