Project Lead – MEP | Hospital / Healthcare Project
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Bhubaneswar
Project: Hospital / Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall MEP execution for the hospital project.
- Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV works.
- Coordinate with Client, PMC, consultants and MEP contractors.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and MEP installation schedules.
- Resolve site coordination issues and ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct MEP coordination meetings and track action points.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Hospital / Healthcare project experience is highly preferred/required.
