AssistHealth is a healthcare navigation company dedicated to making healthcare simpler, more coordinated, and more accessible for individuals and families. Every member is assigned a dedicated Healthcare Navigator who acts as a single point of contact, coordinating appointments, diagnostics, hospital care, medical records, follow-ups, and family communication throughout the healthcare journey.
We work alongside doctors, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare providers—we do not replace them. Our mission is to ensure every member receives timely, coordinated, and compassionate support.
Role Summary
As a Healthcare Navigator, you will be the primary point of contact for our members. You will coordinate their healthcare journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, organisation, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple healthcare cases efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesMember Care & Support
- Build trusted relationships with assigned members and their families.
- Understand each member's healthcare needs and priorities.
- Provide continuous guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
- Ensure members receive timely support and updates.
Healthcare Coordination
- Schedule doctor appointments (online, clinic, and home visits).
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and home sample collections.
- Arrange hospital admissions and discharge support.
- Coordinate ambulance services and emergency assistance when required.
- Assist in organising specialist consultations.
Medical Record Management
- Collect and organise medical records.
- Maintain updated digital health records.
- Share reports securely with doctors and specialists.
- Track pending reports and investigations.
Follow-Up Management
- Ensure members attend scheduled appointments.
- Follow up after consultations and diagnostic tests.
- Coordinate medication reminders where applicable.
- Track treatment progress and ensure continuity of care.
Hospital & Provider Coordination
- Liaise with hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate appointments and healthcare services.
- Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Family Communication
- Keep authorised family members informed about important updates.
- Explain care plans in a simple and understandable manner.
- Support families during hospitalisation and recovery.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate case notes and interaction records.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly case reports.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High level of empathy and patience.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, patient care, customer support, or healthcare coordination is an added advantage.

Working Hours
- Full-time role.
- Rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
