About the Role
UPROI Digital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
✅ Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
✅ Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
✅ Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
✅ Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
✅ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
✔ Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
