*About the Role*
Divine Landcraft LLP is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find the right property, we'd love to hear from you.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
* Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
* Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
*Requirements*
* Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (Mandatory).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
