Position: Field Executive
As a Field Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our libraries across Raipur. You will coordinate with library staff, assist in new member acquisition, ensure operational excellence, and represent OLIB INDIA in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit OLIB INDIA libraries and partnerlocations across Raipur.
- Support membership drives and student outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and local communities.
- Monitor library operations and ensure servicequality standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate withthe operations team.
- Conduct market surveys and collect feedbackto improve services.
- Verify site requirements, oversee basic operational tasks, and submit daily field reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasksand maintain accurate records.

Eligibility
- Undergraduate and Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years offield sales or operations experience arewelcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Raipur.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office andsmartphone applications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
