Job Title: Malayalam Voice Process

Experience
3 Months to 1 Year (Freshers with excellent Malayalam communication skills may also be considered.)
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Candidates with relevant BPO or Voice Process experience are preferred.
Language Requirement
- Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Basic communication skills in English or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Record customer details and update information in the system accurately.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet daily productivity, attendance, and quality targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
