Role & Responsibilities: -
Provide overall academic and administrative leadership as per CBSE norms and NEP 2020.
- Develop and implement school vision, curriculum planning, and academic calendar - Recruit, mentor, train and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. - Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation, statutory and board requirements (Affiliation, OASIS, board exams, inspections).
- Drive student discipline, safety, and holistic development (academics, co-curriculars, sports).
- Maintain strong parent-school relationships and community engagement.
- Oversee budgeting, infrastructure, admissions and school growth strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance school culture.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
-Minimum 3+ years in teaching & administration in CBSE schools, with at least 5+ years as Principal / Vice-Principal / Academic Head.
- Education: PG with B.Ed. / M.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred) - from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, examination system & NEP 2020 - Proven leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in academic planning, faculty mentoring & student development.
