Position: Telesales / Inside Sales Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Qualification: Graduate
Budget: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand, based on last drawn salary
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
- Strong experience in target-based calling and revenue generation
- B2B & B2C sales exposure preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
- Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
