Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support foundry production, quality control, and process improvement activities. The candidate will assist in monitoring casting operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily foundry production and casting processes.
- Ensure quality standards of castings as per specifications.
- Assist in process improvement and scrap reduction activities.
- Support troubleshooting of production and equipment-related issues.
- Prepare production reports and maintain process documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Follow safety procedures and shop-floor best practices.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering)
- 0–2 years of experience in Foundry or Manufacturing Industry

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of foundry and casting processes
- Drawing reading and problem-solving skills
- MS Excel and report preparation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
