Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily production and operational activities, manage shop-floor teams, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations and proven team-handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise production/operators on the shop floor.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per plan.
Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Allocate manpower and manage shift operations.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
Track production KPIs and prepare daily reports.
Conduct team briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
Required Skills

Experience in manpower planning and shift management.
Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Operations.
Experience leading teams of operators, technicians, or associates.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
