Level Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality organic and paid leads through digital platforms and marketing
activities
Plan, execute, and optimize On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO strategies
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns for
lead generation
Coordinate with the sales team for lead tracking, nurturing, and follow-ups
Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates using Google
Analytics and other tools
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and website
optimization activities
Create and manage lead generation campaigns across social media platforms
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to improve lead nurturing and
customer engagement
Create engaging digital content including social media posts, blogs, ad creatives, and
marketing copies
Monitor and improve website SEO rankings and user engagement metrics
Manage company social media accounts and increase brand visibility through organic
marketing strategies
Handle remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions and ROI
Maintain CRM/lead database and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates
Work towards monthly lead generation targets and overall marketing goals
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google
Ads
Experience in organic marketing and paid campaign management
Understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and
remarketing strategies
Hands-on experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and content
marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or
similar platforms is preferred
Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong reporting and performance analysis capabilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai Suburban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Lead generation: 5 years (Preferred)
