Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives, advertisements, banners, reels covers, and digital marketing assets.
- Create visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop brand-aligned creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Work closely with content writers, strategists, and account managers to understand client requirements and translate them into effective designs.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual identity across all projects.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, brochures, infographics, and marketing collateral when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms and meet technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
