- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation and continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Engage proactively with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of technical challenges.
