Job Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding study visas, work permits, PR, visitor visas, and immigration processes.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Guide clients on documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth case handling.
Achieve counseling and conversion targets.
Keep updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of immigration and visa procedures.
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Ability to handle client queries professionally.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or Europe immigration counseling.
Proven track record in client conversions and admissions.
