Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using ERP or internal systems
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics) for smooth order execution
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities

Qualifications
- Btech in Machenival Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
