The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C skincare and personal care brand trusted by 2M+ customers across India. Clean, vegan, cruelty-free — sold via Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and quick commerce. We're building one of the strongest inside sales teams in the wellness space.
Role Overview
You will lead a team of inside sales executives, drive daily targets, ensure process adherence, and be the bridge between frontline reps and senior management. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the floor, coaching your team, resolving escalations, and owning your team's numbers.
What You'll Own
Sales Execution & Target Achievement — Own your team's daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets. Monitor conversion rates, follow-up quality, and closure rates. Drive both inbound and outbound lead conversion.
Team Management — Lead a team of 20-25 inside sales executives. Set daily targets, track performance, run morning huddles, and ensure consistent output across the team.
Coaching & Capability Building — Conduct regular call audits and one-on-ones. Identify skill gaps and coach reps on pitch, objection handling, and closing. Support onboarding of new joiners using existing playbooks.
Process Adherence & CRM — Ensure the team follows SOPs for lead allocation, follow-ups, escalations, and CRM updates. Flag process gaps to management and suggest improvements.
B2B & Bulk Sales Support — Handle bulk inquiries, corporate buyers, and distributor leads within defined pricing and approval guidelines. Ensure timely follow-through and repeat order management.
Reporting & Escalation — Share daily/weekly team performance reports. Escalate unresolved customer or process issues on time. Be the first point of contact for team-level problem-solving.
You Must Have
- 4+ years in inside sales with at least 2 years in a team leader or senior executive role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling both B2C (inbound/outbound) and B2B/bulk sales
- Hands-on with CRM tools and call centre metrics
- Strong coaching, feedback, and people management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Good to Have
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, or personal care
- Exposure to performance marketing-driven inbound lead funnels
- Familiarity with sales dashboards and basic reporting
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
