Event Operation Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 year (1–5 years preferred, more experience welcomed)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
About the Role:
We are looking for an Event Operation Manager to oversee logistics, manpower, and on-ground event operations. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Handle logistics, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost optimization.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges during events.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event operations/BTL activations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, on-ground event environment.
