Job Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of office operations. The role includes maintaining records, handling correspondence, coordinating with staff, and assisting in day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative activities and maintain office records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain files, documents, registers, and data entries accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, agreements, and other office documents.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
