We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to help prospective families through their admissions journey and contribute to our growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's programs and admissions process.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate admissions assessments, orientations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare admissions reports.
- Achieve admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams for admissions events and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two Saturdays off per month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
