Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented TeleSales Callers responsible for generating leads,
explaining company products, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic
communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Warivo Electric Mobility products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain daily call reports.
Follow up with interested customers.
Update customer details in CRM software.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
Resolve basic customer queries.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Persuasive and convincing personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
