Key Responsibilities
- Guide hospitals through NABH accreditation and other healthcare certification processes.
- Develop, implement, review, and update hospital policies, SOPs, and procedures in line with NABH standards.
- Conduct training programs and awareness sessions for hospital staff on NABH standards, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage all accreditation-related documentation and records.
- Organize and conduct mock drills, internal audits, and readiness assessments to evaluate compliance and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely implementation of quality initiatives and corrective actions.
- Independently manage multiple accreditation projects and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Support hospitals during external assessments and accreditation audits.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Travel extensively to client hospitals across India as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Management, NABH, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in NABH accreditation, hospital quality, healthcare consulting, or hospital operations.
- Freshers with relevant academic exposure to NABH and healthcare quality may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of NABH Entry Level and Full NABH Standards.
- Strong knowledge of hospital quality management systems and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong documentation, report writing, and record management skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to support hospitals in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
