Kaymas Biriyani is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for our restaurants in Punalur, Kottarakkara and Pathanapuram, Kerala.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Manage, train, schedule and motivate the restaurant team.
- Maintain consistent food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.
- Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, purchasing and wastage.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, stock control and daily reporting.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, central kitchen and management.
- Ensure compliance with food-safety and company procedures.
- Work towards sales, profitability and customer-satisfaction targets.
Mandatory requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager.
- Experience must be with a reputed, professionally managed restaurant or restaurant group.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory and team management.
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates must be willing to work at Punalur, Kottarakkara or Pathanapuram according to operational requirements.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
