Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our presence in the automotive and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customers across India.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and planning teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business MIS for management review.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and introduce new products.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Represent the company during customer visits, technical discussions, and industry exhibitions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive supply chains and industrial sales.
- Ability to interpret technical product requirements and customer specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
