We are looking for a proactive and organized Front Office Executive to manage front office operations, coordinate telecalling activities, maintain records, handle inventory, and ensure a professional experience for visitors and clients while supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Conduct telecalling activities for candidate follow-ups, customer coordination, appointment scheduling, and business support.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Update and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Monitor, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and other company assets.
- Coordinate stock receipt, issuance, and inventory record updates.
- Prepare inventory reports and notify management regarding replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and operational support.
- Handle guest arrangements and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Assist management with data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
