Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of outlets assigned in the designated areas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures at all outlets.
- Monitor inventory control, product ordering, and stock levels.
- Lead and supervise outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and service quality.
- Drive sales growth and profitability for each assigned outlet.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Provide regular performance reports to the General Manager.
