- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
- Monitor patient safety and infection control practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
- Guide and support nursing staff in clinical procedures.
- Conduct nursing rounds and resolve patient care issues promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Organize orientation and training programs for nursing staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of nursing employees.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of nursing equipment and supplies.
- Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster management activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management.
