SRIOA is looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, monitor office activities, and ensure smooth coordination among staff members. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and should be able to manage office tasks, maintain discipline, and support the team in daily administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Monitor office staff and ensure all activities are running smoothly.
- Maintain office discipline, attendance, and work coordination.
- Manage office supplies, records, documents, and basic reporting.
- Coordinate with staff members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist management in supervising daily office activities.
- Maintain proper communication between team members and management.
- Handle visitor management, calls, emails, and general office queries.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and productive.
- Support HR, accounts, and management teams whenever required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin, office management, or a similar role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor office activities and staff performance.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and email handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle office work independently.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Someone who is active, disciplined, and confident in managing office operations.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales office, corporate office, or administrative support will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and interview discussion
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
