t&f is hiring on behalf of its client, Sparc Lights — a fast-growing premium decorative lighting brand specializing in chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, lamps, and luxury lighting solutions for modern homes and interiors.
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage customer conversations, handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, website chat, and calls
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Follow up with leads and assist customers in completing purchases
- Reach out to customers with abandoned carts/orders
- Maintain lead and follow-up records on CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
- Contact businesses and stores through Google Maps outreach
- Build relationships with interior designers, architects, lighting stores, and home decor businesses
- Ensure quick response time and professional communication with customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable handling calls and chats simultaneously
- Basic understanding of sales, customer support, or lead handling
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years in customer support, telecalling, sales, business development, or lead generation
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands is preferred
