About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions across Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Flow, with the ability to automate business workflows and integrate systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Zoho applications and automation workflows.
- Build and maintain modules, forms, and reports within Zoho Creator and other Zoho apps.
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools using Zoho APIs and webhooks.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand requirements and deliver effective Zoho solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, CRM, People, Books, Projects, Flow, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integration, and custom workflows.
- Experience in Zoho analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Zoho Marketplace and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in HRMS or ERP-related Zoho customizations.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or SQL.
