The Procurement Business Analyst supports Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities across requisitioning, purchasing, sourcing, supplier-facing processes, and related controls. The role collaborates with procurement, finance, operations, and supplier management teams to streamline procure-to-pay processes, improve user experience through Redwood adoption, configure scalable solutions, support data migration and reporting, and ensure successful testing, training, and post-production support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related.
- 5–7+ years of Oracle Fusion Procurement experience across Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, or Supplier Qualification processes.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay business processes, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, and purchasing controls.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs, configurations, and supportable process changes.
- Hands-on knowledge of OTBI reporting, procurement dashboards, SQL analysis, and data migration or mass maintenance using FBDI.
- Familiarity with Redwood Self-Service Procurement and related user experience changes, with preference for Visual Builder Studio or Composer exposure.
- Experience leading or supporting SIT, UAT, training, hypercare, and issue management activities.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to partner across procurement, finance, and IT teams.
- Comfortable working on mid shift or night shifts.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
