A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping the company grow revenue. The role involves lead generation, client communication, market research, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate new leads through email campaigns, social media, and business portals.
- Client Communication
- Contact potential clients and explain company products or services.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, or product demos with interested clients.
- Sales & Business Development
- Convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Required Skills
