About the Role
Gen Foods is looking for an Operations & Procurement Manager to establish and manage backend operations, production planning, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Coordinate manufacturing and production schedules.
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
- Oversee dispatch planning and logistics activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Monitor timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Optimize procurement processes and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations and procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
