We are looking for a Telecalling Support Staff to assist customers with parking bookings and provide support related to the ParKe application. The candidate will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Assist users with parking booking and app usage.
- Resolve customer issues and provide proper support.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings and payments.
- Maintain records of customer calls and feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations or technical team when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage.
