Chief Engineer – Business Development & Projects
Location: Pune
Onnyyx Infrastructure is looking for an experienced construction professional to lead business development and oversee project execution for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new project opportunities through developers, architects, PMCs, consultants, and industry contacts.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, tender discussions, and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
- Provide overall supervision and guidance to project teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, budgeting, billing, and commercial discussions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8–15 years of experience in the construction, contracting, developer, or PMC industry.
- Strong network of developers, architects, consultants, and decision-makers in Pune.
- Proven track record of securing construction projects and managing client relationships.
- Sound technical understanding of RCC, finishing works, project management, and construction contracts.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to independently drive business growth and project delivery.
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives linked to business generation and project success.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
