We are hiring Inside Sales Executives who can handle inbound/outbound leads, counsel students/parents, and convert inquiries into enrollments. This role is target-based and requires strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads (inbound + outbound) and explain course offerings
- Counsel students/parents and close admissions/enrollments
- Maintain lead data and update follow-up status (CRM/Excel/Sheets)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospects
- Coordinate with operations/team for smooth admission & onboarding
Eligibility / Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 0–5 years experience (Freshers can apply; sales/counseling experience is a plus)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; English is an advantage)
- Confident on calls, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Comfortable with a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, CRM)
