Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales for plotting and land development projects.
- Conduct structured site visits, explaining layouts, pricing, developments, and project highlights.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and share project presentations, pricing sheets, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, documentation, and post-sales teams.
- Engage with channel partners and brokers to drive additional traffic and leads.
- Ensure smooth on-site customer experience and assist with booking documentation.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in plotting/land sales (preferred).
- Excellent field communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage customers independently and build trust quickly.
- Comfortable handling both field and office-based responsibilities.
