Job Title: Sales Trainer

Job Purpose:
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving sales training programs for IBIS sales teams across campuses. The role focuses on enhancing sales closing skills, product knowledge, customer handling, and performance productivity. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education, banking, or retail sales training with a proven track record in sales closure and team development.
Key Responsibilities:1. Training & Development
- Conduct regular sales training sessions for new and existing sales advisors
- Train teams on sales closing techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Deliver product training on IBIS programs (Academy, Fitness, Advance)
- Develop sales scripts, pitch decks, and role-play scenarios
- Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps
2. Sales Performance Improvement
- Monitor team performance and identify training needs
- Work closely with Sales Managers to improve conversion ratios
- Conduct one-on-one coaching for underperforming advisors
- Analyze call quality and provide constructive feedback
3. Product & Process Training
- Train teams on CRM usage, lead handling, and follow-up process
- Ensure all sales staff understand IBIS courses, scholarships, and EduGrant options
- Update training content based on new programs and policies
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Learning & Development (L&D) and Sales Head
- Prepare monthly training reports and performance analysis
- Conduct campus visits for on-ground sales training when required
Required Experience & SkillsExperience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Training
- Prior experience in Education / Banking / Retail is preferred
- Strong background in sales closing and product training
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong motivational and leadership abilities
- Ability to train large groups and individuals
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications:
