Ashtamudi Wellness Beauty Salon is a leading salon chain with branches across Kerala and Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Salon Receptionist to join our team in Kollam.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Manage daily cash handling and maintain records
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous front-desk or customer service experience required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-friendly and professional behavior

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
