Job Summary
We are looking for a guest-focused Guest Relation Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high hospitality standards across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, including VIP arrivals.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Build strong guest relationships through personalized service.
- Support upselling of resort facilities and services.
- Prepare guest feedback and operational reports.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional grooming and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
