Archicon Design is a Pune-based Architecture & Engineering Consultancy with over 40 years of experience in delivering design solutions for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Corporate, and Infrastructure projects across India.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth initiatives and build relationships with prospective clients in the industrial and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain a database of companies, Project Heads, Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, Architects, Consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Make a minimum of 25 client outreach calls per day and maintain follow-up records.
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for senior management.
- Meet consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and industry professionals to expand business networks.
- Visit client offices and project locations whenever required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities with prospects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, company profiles, proposals, and business development materials.
- Update CRM and lead-tracking databases regularly.
- Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for proposal submissions and business opportunities.
- Support business development activities across Pune and other locations in India.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· MBA (Marketing / Business Development) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an interest in Sales & Business Development may also apply.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Service Industry, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, Industrial Services, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, and other business tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to build a career in business development.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Working Hours
· Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: All Sundays
- Additional Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays
